FireFly is a 32-bit Windows based chess engine that can be used under Winboard, Arena and Fritz GUIs using the winboard or UCI protocol.

It supports Nalimov endgame tablebases (EGTBs) and has some built-in 4-men endgame bitbases (EGBBs) and 3-men EGTBs.

(Primitive) SMP mode supports up to 32 (64 in 64-bit OS) processors.

An opening book is also available for download.

Minimum requirements to run FireFly is a Pentium 4 machine with 128 MB RAM.  MMX version is no longer being released.

Tested on WinXP, Win2000, Win2003 and Vista.
